This last week I had the opportunity to go to Mesa, Arizona with my parents. We left Adam behind to work. (Someones got to make the money). We went to visit my brother and his family for their spring break. My brother Tom and his wife Suzan have 4 kids at home and Morgan the oldest is living back East. We had such a fun time. My brother and dad took the two older boys and went to Yuma to go quading for 2 days while us girls shopped...darn I hate shopping! We ate at my favorite place, The Cheesecake Factory...yummy! Hudson was a little uncopperative there though, so I didn't really get to relax and enjoy it. It was great to see my old roommates and friends. I really miss them all and I hope Adam gets accepted there for school so that way I can go back be around all of them. I truly made some wonderful friends when I lived there. Its weird to think that we are all married now and some have kids. It seems like I just moved from there, but its been 6 years. All in all it was a fun trip and even more fun that I was able to spend time with my family that I don't get to see very much.
It was so nice to be outside in the sun. Hudson loved playing in the grass swinging on the baby swing my brother had. He also liked dipping his feet into the cold pool water. If were a bit warmer we might of taken a dip.
My mom, Hudson, Landon and me posing with the Lion at the zoo.
Hudson loves the Babt Bjorn, it makes my back ache after awhile, so my mom stapped it on. I don't think she will ever wear it again. Her back hurt later that night. Sorry mom!
Just like his daddy, Hudson like the alligators!

Easter morning he was so darn cute. He loved watching all the kids looking for the Easter eggs and playing in the pool. I just thought this picture was really adorable.

Chop Chop!!
I did it...I cut off my locks. I have been debating for the last few months on whether I should do it, but I really wanted a change and I think I got it. I love it! It feels so nice to have it short. The last time I had short hair was about 6 years ago. So I thought it was time. Adam didn't want me to cut it, but he really likes it! I feel like a new sassy woman!

On Top of Mt. Hood
This weekend we drove up to Timberline Lodge on Mt Hood with my parents. It was such a beautiful drive. There was not a cloud in sight when we got up there. Adam had never been up to the mountain. Since we have been in the Northwest we haven't really done much sight seeing. I want him to love it here, so maybe someday we can end up here. Timberline is the only place in the U.S where you can ski or snowboard year around. We had a lot of fun walking around watching the skiers and snowboarders coming down the mountain. It makes me really miss skiing.
