Busy month

These last few weeks have been busy for us. We had Adam's parents and brother visit us from Alabama. It was so great having them here and spending time with them. Hudson loved having them here because he was the center of attention and got a lot of love. He will miss his Grandma and Grandpa Harries and Uncle Chris...as we will to! We took so many pictures that I had to put it to a slide show.

Austins Blessing

Austin was blessed 2 weeks ago. We blessed him early since Adams parents and brother came in from Alabama to see him. It was a memorable blessing because during the blessing Adam called him Austin Thomas and not Austin Robert. Adam paused for a moment and started again and gave him the right name. Later we found out that Adam didn't even know that he had called him by the wrong name, his dad had nudged him and told him, so Austin almost was Austin Thomas like Hudson is Hudson Thomas. It was quite funny. Adam continued with a wonderful blessing. My boys are so lucky to have a father like him and I am so blessed to have him as my husband and eternal companion.

I Have to Brag

I just have to brag a bit and say that I have the BEST baby! Maybe its because he is the 2nd child and I am so much more relaxed and confident about being a mom. My recovery has been easy this time. I feel like I never had a baby just two weeks ago. Thats been a true blessing. Austin is so content and sleeps likes an angel. After you have a child and then look back you always wonder WOW what was my life like without them. Children make such a difference in your home and your life that I truly can't imagine life without either one of my babies. They each bring such a sweet spirit about them. I just love being a mother and a truly appreciate Heavenly Father for blessing with motherhood and these amazing little boys.

New Pictures

I first want to say that I have such a good baby. Austin is so easy. I also feel more comfortable this time around. Austin just loves to be held and snuggled down. Now Hudson on the other hand...well my patience has been very thin with him. Hudson has had our attention all to himself and now he has someone to share it with. He loves Austin, but sometimes its a little too much and he gets a little rough. I know he is to young to understand that I need to feed baby and be with him. He gets very jealous, and thats why it gets frusterating. Adam and I are really trying to be patient with him. We know its going to take time for him to get used to this big change. I just hope that his little tantrums go away soon. I have heard from others that it just takes a few weeks and then things get better. I still can't believe that I have two boys, wow...life is so great and so different now!
